Why You Should Choose Schenz Custom Designs

We use a five phase system for Windows application design to make sure we do it YOUR WAY. Please review the five stages below.

Pre-App Interview Phase:

Prior to developing your Windows application, we will ask you to complete your personal On-Line interview. This interview will consist of many pertinent questions regarding your new application. After you have completed the interview, we will proceed to the Pre-Construction Phase.

Pre-Construction Phase:

Based on your interview, we will:

1. Provide you with an agreement, to include the total investment for your new application.
2. Upon acceptance of our agreement, you will be required to make an initial investment of 50% of the total cost to Schenz Custom Designs.
   • (NOTE: After the development has been started, there will be no refunds of your initial investment.)
3. Gather all the materials that you will be providing for the application, i.e.: text, graphics, etc.
4. Acquire all the software and licenses that are necessary for your application.
5. The actual app construction will begin.

Construction Phase:

During the Windows application design, you will be given access to milestone builds to monitor our progress. This will give you an opportunity to inform us of any corrections that may be needed.

Launching Phase:

After we (you and us) have determined that your app is ready to GO LIVE, we will begin training users to use it effectively.

Post Launch Phase:

After your application is live, we will then ask for any recommendations or suggestions for improvements.
